The thing that upsets me the most is that Martin only has the option of instant coffee. Is there no Tim Horton's nearby?

(I had noted that too, Jim, but hadn't said anything...) 'Tis a great shame what the world has come to, when an office has only paltry instant coffee to offer its workers. Coffee bean consumers of the world unite!! Perhaps we should begin writing Haikus on the merits of *real* coffee!

Well, he could always go out:
My personal favorite.
Canadian, but now sneaking over the border into the northern U.S.A.
I call it "Charbucks" because of their proclivity for over-roasting the beans, or just "bucks" because of the prices, but lots of folks swear by them.
Makes Starbucks prices look reasonable, but has a franchise on Bill Ochs' block.
Very good stuff. They sell it at Mobil gas stations, of all places.
Not bad. In a lot of malls.
For buying beans and brewing your own, though, this is my number one choice:
It's grown in Puerto Rico, and when properly roasted has a nice chocolatey flavor. MMMMMMmmmmmmm....
Say it loud: B flat and be proud!

You know, I love the Columbian Supremo that they sell in the local Quik Trip convenience stores here in Tulsa!
My absolute favorite coffee is Gloria Jean's Hawaiian Kona.

Hey Kim! I love it too; I get it all the time here in Atlanta. People always laugh when I say I love QuikTrip coffee... glad to know I'm not alone.

just wondering if the coffee area is still tidy under the influence of haiku or have they gone back to spilling granules?

Hi Cara,
Sad to relate, the Haiku inspired tidiness lasted about 3 weeks, and then things started to drift again.
The current crisis is the number of helf full milk cartons left out. People come along and get a new carton from the fridge, open it, and then realise there's one already open but LEFT OUT. So they use then new one ('cos the milk is cool & fresh) and then leave it out. So by the end of the day we have a dozen half used cartons full of warm and slighly going off milk all stinking up the kitchen surfaces.
I'm going to put up a new poster with the words "Cool Milk, Happy Fridge" arranged in as many ways as possible. Kind of modern art I guess. Or maybe that's what all the milk cartons are, and I just think it people being slobs.
